FREE Shipping
All products shipped to the lower 48 states are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL ground only and there are ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING OR HANDLING CHARGES (An 8% Sales Tax is applicable for all New York State residents).
Transit time from shipment to delivery is generally 3-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays), but please allow more time during the 14 calendar days prior to Christmas. If you would like to receive your order faster, please contact us at orders@thedownsource.com and we will be happy to advise and assist you. We will contact you within 24-48 hours.
TheDownSource.com currently only ships orders to the lower 48 states. However, if you would like us to ship internationally, please contact us at orders@thedownsource.com. We will be happy to give you a shipping quote and expected delivery date and instructions on how to proceed with your order.
Post Office Boxes
Deliveries are not available to post office box addresses.
Loss or Damage
Please note that any and all shipments from TheDownSource.com shipped by any and all carriers may require a signature for delivery. Should a customer request either in writing or orally that no signature be required for delivery, the customer bears the full responsibility for loss or damage for a package left unattended by the shipping carrier at the destination address, and no compensation is due. If a customer provides an incorrect address that causes a delay or failure of delivery, TheDownSource.com reserves the right to charge the customer the actual cost of re-shipment or address correction.
Getting Your Order
You will receive a “confirmation of order” email when you complete the check-out process. Once your order has been received and processed, we will notify you with your tracking information. If you experience difficulties in tracking your order, or do not receive your items, please contact us at support@thedownsource.com. We will be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue in a timely manner.
When will my order arrive?
Items in stock will ship within 2-5 business days. Allow 3 to 7 business days for ground delivery shipping time in the continental 48 United States. TheDownSource.com will notify you if an item you have selected is currently out of stock and will ship later than the usual availability date.
